Product Overview

Guidance That Never Switches Off
Painted lines disappear at night and reflective markers only work when headlights hit them at the right angle. The NK-RS solar road studs generate their own light. Each stud charges from an integrated monocrystalline solar panel by day and illuminates automatically after dark, actively marking the road from more than 800m away, in rain, fog, and unlit rural darkness where passive markers fail first.
Built to Be Driven Over. Every Day. For Years.
A road stud lives the hardest life of any solar product: baking asphalt heat from below, direct sun from above, and vehicle after vehicle rolling over the top. The NK-RS series is engineered for exactly that. The aluminium alloy body with polycarbonate cover is sealed to IP68, load-rated from over 30 tonnes on the X6 models to over 40 tonnes on the A20, 143S, and IL300, and fitted with heat-tolerant battery options including anti-heat LiFePO4 cells for the hottest climates. Service life runs beyond five years with zero maintenance in between.
Six Models. One for Every Road.
The range covers 4-screw and 6-screw fixings, stud diameters from 123mm to 150mm, and LED arrays up to 8 LEDs on the IL300, with red, yellow, white, blue, and green colour options. Higher-spec models run in blinking or constant mode, delivering up to 140 hours in flashing mode from a full charge. From highway centre lines and roundabouts to villa entrances, campus roads, and mountain passes, installation is a drill, fix, and walk away job, with no cabling at any point.
